So i talked with roland and pancakes, and apparently its come up already: for those silly people like me who forgot to sign up, will there be a stand in roster? just for people who cant make a game or something...

Being that the teams are all balanced around MMR and all that it's difficult to work in stand-ins without unbalancing the teams. If someone needs to be replaced we'd have to work around finding someone with a comparable MMR/games played/etc. |

The matches will likely (ideally, definitely) be recorded and posted though! |

That makes it impossible for me to set a date that will work for even >50% of the players. So each team should discuss among themselves when they can play. Then communicate with the team you are playing against and do your best to set up a time that works for as many team members as you can. I wish it were easier, but everybody has their own life, job, family etc. Vix |

We may have to extend it over a LONG period of time. Like all of February or something. It really depends on everybody's availability.
No games have been played yet.
All that information will be posted here.
So will stats, wins, losses etc.

Glad to see the conversation blowin up on the tournies! Remember the spirit of DotP  DEFEND YOUR PATIENCE! I think VIX said it best when he said reach out to your team and get schedules figured out. Really, captains should be doing the talking and organizing the game on behalf of their team members. This eliminates multiple conversations goin on simultaneously. FOR EXAMPLE: MistaBlue22 and Not Enough Pancakes need to start having a conversation to organize the game between Team #1 and Team #2. They get a window set up between each other and go back to their teams to see where the games fit. On Stand-Ins: I think that there is something to be said about the effort that went into balancing and organizing the teams and I get Ursinity wanting to protect that. I see the stand-in situation in AD2L where we get paired up with some insanely OP players and don't necessarily look forward to that here (THATS WHAT AD2L is FOR! <LOVE YOU JORDAN>). So I say we lock the teams on the people that signed up on time and encourage more sign ups on the next round! We will work to announce prominently here on the boards, in guild chat, through Twitter, and on the Podcasts when sign-ups are occurring. I think we should consider opening the sign-ups for the next round right now and start pushing that list! Let's get some more teams in here!
